​I offer a range of development options relevant to practitioners delivering outdoor learning sessions, including:

• CPD for outdoor practitioners through conference workshops, presentations and bespoke sessions.  Examples include: Using technology in the outdoors; Outdoor education centre customer care; Understanding personal values; Using goal setting to Individualise outdoor centre experiences; developing literacy at outdoor centres.

• CPD for whole-school staff, providing inspiration, rationale, support and resource to support outdoor learning skill and confidence.

• Qualification: As an Associate with Maximising Learning I deliver the Level 3 Taking the Curriculum Outdoors Award.  The Course is accessible to all teaching staff and provides a structured approach to practice development supported by theory and evidence.
